Hillary Clinton Infected with COVID, Mocked with Movie Suggestions

For a while now, there have been rumors, even reports, that former First Lady Hillary Clinton might be mulling over or already plotting a third attempt to be president.

On Tuesday, Clinton got in the public spotlight once again by announcing on Twitter she is infected with the coronavirus.

Hillary Got Infected with COVID (…or Vice Versa)

Hillary, who has full vaccine doses and a booster shot, further emphasized how “grateful” she is for the “protection” that COVID-19 vaccines have provided her with. Clinton urged anyone who hasn’t been vaccinated against the coronavirus to get vaccinated.

In a follow-up tweet, Hillary explained that her husband, 75-year-old former US President Bill Clinton, took a COVID test that came back negative.

She added that Bill is still going to be in quarantine up while she recovers, up until their household gets to be “fully in the clear.”

Meanwhile, earlier on Tuesday evening, Jen Psaki, Joe Biden’s press secretary, announced in a statement she has gotten infected with coronavirus for the second time. Therefore, Psaki will be going into isolation at home.

Psaki’s second infection will force her to miss, for the second time, a trip to Europe where Biden will be meeting with leaders to discuss Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

From the Benghazi Attack to Monica Lewinsky

In the second tweet on her COVID-19 infection, Hillary Clinton gave her countless critics a real opening.

At the end of it, she asked for “movie recommendations” for the time she is now going to spend recovering, while Bill will be in quarantine.

Suggestions abounded by Twitter users, overwhelmingly focused on films that expose or blast the actions and political legacy of the Clinton family.

One of the most stinging replies came from Juanita Broaddrick, a woman who claimed Bill Clinton raped her back in 1978 when he was still the attorney general of Arkansas.

Broaddick wrote a book called “Some Ice on That” about how she survived the rape by Bill Clinton. She recommended Hillary give that book to her ex-president husband to read during his quarantine.

The most notable move suggestions for the Clintons included the 1998 John Travolta film “Primary Colors.” This is loosely based on Bill Clinton’s 1992 candidacy for the presidency, with the main character being a politician tending to cheat on his overly ambitious wife.

Another recommendation was “The Plot Against the President,” which is a documentary presenting evidence about a Democrat conspiracy against President Donald Trump.

Still another film recommended to the Clintons on Twitter was “13 Hours: Secret Soldiers of Benghazi.”

This is an action movie starring John Krasinski about the destruction of the US Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, back in 2012. This was on Hillary Clinton’s watch as Barack Obama’s Secretary of State.

Another haunting suggestion for the Clintons was “Impeachment: American Crime Story,” the FX series on Bill Clinton’s 1998 Monica Lewinsky sex scandal.
